Chocolate Chip Nice Cream

Looking for a special treat for you and the family this weekend? Try this indulgent chocolate chip nice cream! You can serve this as is or top it with more chocolate - it's so delicious either way!

INGREDIENTS

• 4 frozen bananas
• 1/2 cup coconut cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup chocolate chips ( reserve a few tbsp for topping)

METHOD

1. Add the bananas, coconut cream and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Throw in the chocolate chips and blend for a minute longer. (pulse for a couple of times if you want a chunkier nice cream)
2. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls and top the remaining chocolate chips.
3. Enjoy!
