Discolored

One item out of set of six seriously discolored. The sad part is I sent 2 emails with photos and received confirmation emails but never received actual correspondence so I sent an instagram DM still no correspondence. What should have been an easy fix/replacement turned a negative situation as I have an incomplete set and this is just horrible service!
