Matcha Chia Pudding

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until combined. Place in fridge and let sit overnight, or at least 2-3 hours. Top with passionfruit, strawberries and sliced almonds.
