Vanilla Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

This protein-rich smoothie is your perfect on-the-go smoothie in the morning! It's creamy, silky smooth and packed with nutrients to fuel your body throughout the day. 

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 bananas (one frozen)
  • 30 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 30 g plant yogurt
  • 25 g smooth peanut butter
  • 40 g protein powder
  • 180 g unsweetened almond milk (add more or less if needed)
METHOD
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all your smoothie ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
  2. Pour into your Bamboo Cup or Coconut Cup and serve with your choice of toppings  and a Bamboo Straw.
  3. Enjoy!
