Pink Ombré Nice Cream

You are going to fall in love with this beautiful smoothie recipe. It has that tropical flavour taste and a show stopper look that you and your family will surely enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
  • Bananas, 1/2 cup (frozen)
  • Pineapple, 1/2 (fresh)
  • Mango, 2/3 (frozen)
  • Pink Pitaya Powder, as needed
METHOD
  1. Into a blender add all the ingredients except for the pink pitaya powder. Blend until everything gets smooth.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of pink pitaya and blend. Transfer 1/3 of the mixture to your Coconut Bowl.
  3. To create the ombre effect, add more pink pitaya to the remaining mixture and blend until it turns into a darker pink colour. Transfer about half of the mixture into your Coconut Bowl.
  4. Repeat Step 3 until you create an ombre effect.
  5. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
