Coconut Vanilla Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

Coconut Milk, 1 cup
Vanilla Yogurt, 1/2 cup
Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp
Chia Seeds, 5 tbsp
Coconut Flakes, for topping
Fresh Fruits, for topping

METHOD

Mix coconut milk, yogurt and maple syrup in a bowl and stir well. Add in the chia seeds and stir until combined.
Leave overnight and serve into your favourite Coconut Bowls and serve with toppings of your choosing. Enjoy!
