Did you know that you can always sneak in a few veggies in your porridge? @healthywithpleasure has chosen to add cauliflower in her oats. Genius!
- Almond Milk, 200 ml
- Apple, 1/2 (chopped)
- Cauliflower RIce, 3 tbsp
- Oats, 3 tbsp
- Raisins, 1 tbsp
- Chia Seeds, 1 tbsp
- OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
- Peanut Butter
- Pomegranate Seeds
- Quinoa Puffs
- Cacao Nibs
- Heat almond milk in a saucepan.
- Combine all ingredients and mix.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer your cauli-oats in your favourite Coconut Bowl and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
