Mermaid Spirulina Nice-cream

Posted by on

The colour of this blue mermaid bowl is simply mind-blowing! No doubt you have seen people use blue spirulina for lattes, drinks, cakes.. the list goes on! It doesn’t taste at all in a smoothie but it has some nutritional benefits as it’s an algae.
Why not serve this up as a fun dessert to a group of friends? Or simply just enjoy for breakfast when you need to add a little vibrancy into your day!
Ingredients

4 frozen ripe bananas
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant milk)
2-3 tsp blue spirulina
Method
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer to your Coconut Bowls and top with toppings of choice
