This ferrero rocher nice-cream is seriously addictive!
It contains only 2 key ingredients. That is, banana and choc-hazelnut butter. If you don’t already have choc-hazelnut butter you can simply replace this ingredient with a few tablespoons of cacao powder and plain hazelnut butter. For additional sweetness, add a medjool date or two.

- Bananas, 4 (frozen)
- Cacao Hazelnut Butter, 1/4 cup
- Vanilla Bean Powder or Vanilla Essence, 1 tsp
- Salt, 1/4 tsp
- Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender, blend until smooth.
- Transfer to your favourite Coconut Bowls and add desired toppings.
