Cookies and Cream Nice Cream

Decadent and nutritious, this dessert offers the best of both worlds. Making the vanilla nice-cream is as easy as 1-2-3, which is the number of key ingredients it requires. Buy your favourite brownies or make them from scratch, it doesn’t matter – personally, we love making sweet potato or black bean brownies for the extra protein and deliciously fudgy texture!

  • Bananas, 4 (frozen)
  • Mesquite Powder, 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Vanilla Bean Powder, 2 tsp
  • Macadamia Milk, 1/4 cup
  • Vegan Brownies, 2 slices
  1. Combine all ingredients (except brownies) in a high power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spoon into Coconut Bowls and crumble brownies on top.
  3. Gently stir through the nice cream, serve and enjoy.
