We’ve added cashew butter for a creamy texture, but this can easily be omitted for a nut free option or swapped out for sunflower seed butter of hulled tahini. It will still taste and look just as vibrant!

- Pitaya Sachets, 400g (frozen)
- Coconut Flesh Sachets, 200g (frozen)
- Strawberries, 1 cup (frozen)
- Medjool Dates, 2-3 pcs
- Cashew Butter, 2 tbsp (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender, blend until smooth.
- Transfer to your favourite Coconut Bowls and add desired toppings.
