Acai & Coconut Swirl Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients
Serves 4
400 gram frozen coconut flesh (we use Amazonia coconut sachets) 
2 large frozen bananas
2 frozen acai sachets
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Dash coconut water
Method
Combine coconut flesh and frozen bananas in a high power blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer approx. half the coconut mix to bowls and then add the acai and blueberries to the remaining mixture. Blend until all ingredients are combined. Scoop into bowls and add desired toppings. We recommend granola, fresh fruit and/or peanut butter.
